Do you provide transfers across Koh Samui?

Yes. Mr. Shark Samui provides island-wide transfer coverage across Koh Samui, subject to lawful vehicle access, road conditions and local access restrictions. If direct vehicle access is restricted, we arrange the nearest practical and permitted meeting point.

How far in advance should I book?

Please book at least 12 hours before your pickup time. For pickups less than 12 hours away, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm if a car is available. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

When is my booking confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Your booking is confirmed once our team has checked availability and replied to you on WhatsApp. Until then it is a booking request. We do not take online payments at the moment — we'll explain how to pay when we confirm your booking.

What if my pickup location has restricted vehicle access?

Mr. Shark Samui will coordinate the permitted pickup area, an appropriate meeting point and the closest practical legal pickup location for your transfer.

How are private tours priced?

Accepted Answer

Each tour has a private price for up to 6 people, plus ฿500 per extra person. Children under 4 travel free. Some tours show the price on request — just ask us on WhatsApp. The Safari 4x4 is priced per jeep for up to 6 people; groups of more than 6 book a second jeep. The Airport Welcome Ride uses our fixed airport transfer prices.

How late can I book a tour?

Tour bookings close 12 hours before pickup. Booking and confirmation are done with our team on WhatsApp.
