Booking Policy
How private transfer bookings work with Mr. Shark Samui.
Booking Lead Time
Please book at least 12 hours before your pickup time. This applies to every service: transfers, Quick booking (12h notice), car charter and private tours.
For pickups less than 12 hours away, contact us on WhatsApp at +66 64 151 3184 and we'll confirm if a car is available.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Full terms: see our Cancellation Policy.
Booking Confirmation
When you send a booking request, our team checks availability and replies on WhatsApp.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message. Until then, it is a request.
Payment
We do not take online payments at the moment. We will explain how to pay when we confirm your booking.
